Very limited on car rentals. Hard to rent (and very expensive) if you are under 25 years old.

I have been renting vehicles from this location for over a year multiple times, but today was denied a rental. I do not have a TN license but have a MS license and pay with a debit card where they have always held $300 on my debit card. Josh Hollingsworth at the desk denied my rental but I had a friend last week rent a vehicle with a debit card and out of state license with no problem. They are very inconsistent with their “rules” and the people they let rent their vehicles. I will not be using this company again.

Yes they have a location in the airport. Several in Knoxville
That is a good question. I am guessing that the paperwork is more elaborate but I can't imagine that they would not. Hit the website and utilize the live chat feature. Safe journey!

Its best but not required if they have a debit card they will put a higher hold on card
