The clerks are j ust rude and obnoxious..double books the reservations and doesn't care leaving people without a truck. Will never use this place again and suggest you don't either because they don't value their customers !! Worst experience especially being on a time schedule.

Would not use this site,go to a different store. I dropped off the truck and handed an employee the keys and was told I'd get the receipt by email. Then I received a call almost 2 hours later being told I didn't leave the keys, told them I did and they said they would call back. Never heard back and luckily I checked my bank and seen that they charged me double the price since they didn't check it in when I dropped it off but when they called 2 hours later about the keys that I in fact handed to them. So since they didn't check it in when I originally dropped it off, I was charged for another day because of their laziness and not knowing what the hell is going on at their own store!! Still waiting for my refund and still have not heard back from them..
