I came from Dallas to drop off my Uhaul and trailer here since I was moving to Knoxville and a few days later was charged almost $250 dollars for "taking" a trailer to Atlanta, GA. I called Uhaul to dispute this charge and just felt plain silly explaining to the customer service rep that I should not have been charged for a trailer that went to Atlanta on account of the fact that I was moving from Dallas to Knoxville. The store manager at this location was supposed to reach out to me but so far its been crickets. Don't come to this location unless you want to get charged hundreds of dollars for services that you never used.

Mistake!!!!! I got charged $463.31 to my card for service charges dated after I returned it here. I dropped off my uhaul here from Moving here from another state. I asked the employee about getting a receipt and he said I was good. I got a receipt a few days later for $463.31 charged to my account for charges after the date I returned the trailer. Because the uhaul was never checked in from the u haul employee. He was a heavy set guy brown hair, bushy beard. I want $463.31 that was fraudulently billed to my account.
