Walked in and the whole shop smelled like pot and the guy who we were talking to had the dirtiest, most disgusting hands I had ever seen and then he touched me on my arm and I cringed. We went to another shop instead.

Yes, we start with gemmed nostril screws and then after the healing is finished we can switch you to a ring. The INITIAL heal times vary on a person to person basis, but since we use a guage-to-guage method and quality jewelry, most times you can change jewelry in about 7-10 days with healthy enough tunnel development. It's important to note that ACTUAL FULL heals, NO-ONE on the face of this planet can give you an exact estimate as everyone's body is different.
