There are some really awesome pharmacists here and I never leave bad reviews. The guy in the button down with the glasses is not nice or helpful. Could’ve just been having a bad day but 0 communication. Couldn’t find my prescription and didn’t say anything to me while he was looking for it. Overall kind of disappointed especially since it seemed like he was the manager or something. Also gotten a bottle of my medication with mixed dosages before. Showed up and the medication that was ready in the app wasn’t ready :(

Communication here is horrible. Delay in filling order? No call from them. Need to check the status? No answer. If and when they decide to answer you are immediately placed on hold...forever. 10 minutes was the longest I lasted before hanging up.

I came in a few days ago, after being told my medicine would be ready that same day. Alex was so helpful and honest with me and let me know they needed to order my medication and it would be here Thursday. I come in Thursday and my meds were ready. You need more people like alex!
