Nice clinic, great selection. Pretty expensive. Most of the staff is friendly, but one staff person has been consistently unpleasant and outright rude. If you can, avoid a “Hayley” at all cost. When I was pregnant with my daughter, but still too early to test, she asked if I could be pregnant (due to a test they wanted to perform). I told her “I could be but I don’t know yet. It’s too early.” Haley argued with me for a minute about why I don’t know and “either you’re pregnant or not which is it?!” Haley gives incorrect insurance information. Last year she told me I can’t bill both insurances in one visit and this year she’s telling me eyeglass prescriptions lapse in a year just like contacts. It’s little things like when I’m explaining my need, “okay, let’s just focus on the appointment…” there’s no rhyme or reason for her rudeness. If you can avoid this person, you’ll have a good experience.

The place I have been going for the last year and a half,kept ruining my frames no matter how many chances I gave them I was so upset ,that I was in tears.So I read the reviews here and decided to go there due to there great reviews.I asked for Danelle ,and she fixed my frames!! I was so glad ,I'm able to see again without being uncomfortable.Thank you for great work Danelle !!

I went in to find a new frame because the one I had was giving me headaches and it seemed that no amount of adjustment could fix it. The lady there (Danielle) was able to adjust my current frame instead of having to buy a new one. No more headache and the adjustment was free even though I didn't get the frame from them.

Great service, great team! I've been seeing Doctor Bishop and using the Eyecare Center of Salem for many, many years and throughout this time they have continued to update their diagnostic equipment as the industry (as in any field) continues to evolve. Dr. Bishop always takes time to ensure my changing vision is addressed correctly and makes sure I always know what my options are. They also make sure I get the most out of my insurance coverage. The entire team is focused on quality customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have taken frames in there that I bought online and had them put lenses in. I am a patient there though. I would just call and ask.
