If you have an Amazon return, DON’T return it here. I’ve never had issues returning packages. Also, as a business owner myself, I’m appalled at the sheer lack of customer service here. I’ve never came to a manager/owner with an issue and been SHRUGGED at. I dropped my two Amazon returns totaling almost $300 here on Jan 4th around 5:30pm and it is now Jan 21st with ZERO movement with the tracking numbers. I was never even offered a receipt as usual but BOY do I wish I had asked! I was then told by the manager (long, white hair and beard) the Amazon returns all get packaged into a large box and shipped at once. When I asked how the manager would help rectify this issue (I even suggested he provide the tracking numbers to the large box the Amazon returns were consolidated in since my tracking numbers for the return haven’t been updated), he said, “I don’t know, MAYBE I can find the tracking number but you see how busy it is? There are boxes everywhere. I MIGHT get back to you. Write down the tracking numbers on this sticker and if I don’t get back to you then I don’t know.” Absolutely ridiculous- I couldn’t imagine being so apathetic and unprofessional that this is the response you provide to your customers. The very basics of simple customer service and business practices are missing here at this store. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and I’m currently on the line with their corporate office to get this issue resolved myself since I have now no expectations for this store or their ‘management’.

Your ups drivers lie saying they attempted delivery while I'm standing within arms reach of the door. Then they don't deliver those packages to the store until the next business day. Your customer service line is just an automated system that hangs up on you after you ask to speak to a representative. Your auto replies to everything solve nothing and send you in circles. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I could get my dog prescription dog food without it being shipped by your company I would!

This one is in a strip mall. The nearest Fred Meyers is a mile away.
