Will never buy from anywhere else . The staff is always there to greet you with a smile.the car selection is awesome and the new manager john Morgan is the absolute best .we had a major job change that put our payments off and he went above and beyond to work with us. For several months we have been fighting cancer and the bills that come with it john. And Amanda both worked with us through this difficult time and we where able to hang on and work it out to keep our beautiful2016 ford .thank you john Amanda and the entire ponca city carmart team you guys are a great 10 star team . thank you. The employees and management are absolutely amazing. They have worked with us on payments. They are very understanding that life happens if you just communicate. Excellent customer service and people. Will highly recommend this place. We now have two cars with them. Great job Car-Mart!!!!

Had car for 23 days missing engine mounts. Need new transmission. Needs new fuel pump. Oh and electrical problem first day we got it. Rude manager. After we got car back from first time in shop when they "changed the engine oil" it started ticking 2 weeks later come to find out it was because of low engine oil. The last time we took it to the shop it was in there for 4 days the service manager called and said the car was ready to get picked up when we picked it up we realized it was still making that grinding noise. I was concerned due to the fact that I was told it was fixed and ready to be picked up we went to the shop and got told they had told cartmarts service manager it needed a new transmission which left that detail out.
