They have always been very helpful and work with you from every angle if needed. Just helped my daughter get in a car yesterday and we are very satisfied. Steve was a big help and took us a route I didn’t even know we could go to get the sale done. I honestly don’t think I’ll buy a car anywhere else as long as they continue to get good stock in and make it so easy! Would like to give a shout out to Selma also, who helped with final signing. She was very nice and very informative on things important to know!!

Just call local store and they should be able to get it for you or if not they should at least have a business card with the number on it in their waiting room. There's also , on their website, a tab that will say 'contact us' and it will have all numbers even fax numbers

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
