The staff was very polite. The lot was clean. But, I felt too pressured into a vehicle i barely looked at AT NIGHT, and I came back the next day they already had everything wrote up and the truck ready to go. They didn’t let me test drive it. Not disclose that the truck had transmission trouble. Me and my husband had to replace the transmission a month later and an alternator two weeks after purchasing. Also was told there was no warranty. The truck is so hard to bring to a gas station to put gas into, they said flush it out and it should be fine. No, it was not the case. It’s been since February and I’m still having this trouble with this. I have to stand at a gas station for thirty minutes or more just put half a tank in it, that’s if the gas doesn’t pour out. The tank is not full by any means. And now it’s just me, I have no help with mechanical problems. I still owe on this truck. I will not return to any Car Town. I will not recommend. Like I said. The staff was very nice... but they pushed this truck on us. Even though I will say, they did help us find a company to actually get us a loan because of our credit. But I wish I would have been able to look and study the truck or other vehicles before driving off. I hope everyone else is able to be prepared to do their study and don’t get bombarded and pushed into a vehicle that has problems!

Cartown 2 was the best. They worked hard to make sure I rode off the lot with a reliable. Mike & Larry and the other crew are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend going to see them for a car.
