I was referred to Twin City by a mechanic but unfortunately Kathy the receptionist had a very shrewd demeanor. I tried to be friendly and polite over the phone but she proceeded to provide the worst front line customer service as well as speaking to me as if I was stupid for inquiring about an estimate. I still thanked her for her time and politely moved on.

So…. I originally left a bad review because I thought I was getting screwed. The owner called to try and Resolve my issue with his shop. The problem is not his shop’s responsibility but none the less he worked with me and the issue is being fixed. If you have a problem after a rebuild , please call and talk to them. They sure helped me out.

Well at first they were real nice. But when I had to take my truck back that's when the problems started. My husband was told if it was transmission related we wouldn't have have to pay the tow fee. The mechanic I talked to said it was transmission related. My husband was also told it was 2 parts that had to be ordered under warranty. The woman had a bad attitude with me too. I was really disappointed.

No idea but they're good folks and have reasonable prices and quick turn around with a one year warranty and unlimited mileage. Highly recommend these folks. They'll save you some money
Twin city transmission does not charge for a diagnosis
I thought it was my solenoid too i vuess wrong I would let jeff and the guys look at it. They do great work
