Go here all the time like 3 to 4 times a week today my sandwich was cold called and they took my name so I have a free one next time I go love my Starbucks.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Up until recently it was wonderful. I went to get my son a hot chocolate. The drive through was long so I went in. Only needed that 1 drink. Walked in I was the 2nd person to order. Customer after customer came in for mobile orders. After waiting for 15 minutes for a small hot chocolate I finally asked why my drink hadn't been made yet. The employee informed me that mobile orders get made before in store customers. So if people are continually mobile ordering my order will be bumped down till they have time to make them. UMMMMM WHAT! I am a paying customer in your store. I should not be bumped down because someone who is still on their way ordered a drink. I have been to many Starbucks and this is not their policy. I will no longer be visiting this particular Starbucks. This store has gone down hill unfortunately. I also walked out without my drink.

My order was completely wrong, I asked for my drink to be made a specific way and I got charged extra for them to NOT make it the way I asked… smh and not to mention wasn’t even told my total in the drive through and got ignored until I pulled up to the window… I’d give you guys zero stars if I could. I’m from ohio and I’ve never had an issue with any of our star bucks…
