Second time staying at Holiday Inn Express in Lake Katrine, NY. Newly remodeled, very clean, great breakfast, and close to other amenities. A motorcycle accident caused us to stay one more night. The staff was awesome! Got us extra pillows, bags for ice, and masks for the hospital. The hotel staff checked in us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Rachel and Jill. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 1-night stay here during a ski trip. The hotel feels brand new, the staff were all pleasant, and the breakfast was OK. This seems to be the best hotel in the Kingston/Saugerties area and is close enough to the catskill-area ski resorts. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this Holiday Inn Express, which felt brand new. Very clean, inviting and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and fresh. All staff that we interacted with were very nice. Some suggestions for improvement: more bathroom hooks for towels, more towels, and maid service could be a little more thorough (trash can missing bag, etc). But overall still a 5-star experience.
