Customer service and call back from store mgr (3 calls 0 responses). Front desk was not helpful at all. We won’t be returning to the Salem location. I contacted Boise, ID customer service who took care of everything even calling with follow ups. Big thanks to their Distribution Center. 👍

I found the service at Norco in Salem to be unprofessional. I needed a medically necessary raised toilet seat, and verified twice over the past weeks they were in stock. Today when I got an insurance notification call from Norco, I was once again told the toilet seat was in stock and I should come pick it up. As it turned out, a hospital order superseded my orthopedic surgeon's medical prescription order and I was later informed that my order would not be delivered until 1 -2 weeks from today. Poor customer service and misleading information.

Possibly the most inept service I have ever received, anywhere. If you are ordering any sort of necessary (critical) supplies, I would fully suggest looking elsewhere. This all began when I had issues with my insurance, needed to place an order for some medical supplies and was unable to use my normal supplier. I contacted my PCP's office for help and they suggested Norco, because they were here in Salem. The nurse contacted them and was explicitly told that while they didn't stock the items, they could order them, so she should fax (this should have been a warning sign, by itself) over an order. Over a week passes and I still haven't heard anything, so I called to see what the status was, and am told they "tried to call" but couldn't get a hold of me, so the order was on hold. (I have no record of a missed call or voicemail) Norco then said they would go ahead and get the order sent off, but it was over a holiday weekend, so there might be some delays. Today (over two weeks later) I get a call from them, and they have gotten approval from my insurance, but don't stock any of the items, and can only fill one item (some rubber gloves) from the order. I explain that I knew that was they case, but they (Norco) had made it clear that despite not stocking the items, they could still get them. They now say that is not the case, and recommend I use the supplier I was trying to avoid in the first place. I asked (repeatedly) why they didn't tell me this much sooner, as I've now nearly ran out of supplies, and urgently need a restock, and they couldn't provide any explanation. So I end up wasting two weeks for an order they never were able to fill in the first place, and ultimate needed to go back to the original supplier.

This is a first class company! Excellent service, came to my home twice, both times after normal business hours, and didn't leave until both my wife and I had all our questions answered. Absolutely a great customer service experience with a great product that is easy to use. Has made a very positive experience in my life. Thank you Norco and a special thank you to the two Norco employees who came out to our house after normal business hours

I know that you're having a little problem with that for a little while but I do believe they got it fixed to go on you can call and I don't know what phone option it is I think it's like three or four maybe even two but you can pick the option now and it works and you can try it and see for yourself
