I came from OHSU dermatology clinic because this was closer to home, needless to say I went to 2 appointments and am switching back to OHSU. These drs. Won't help you, but instead give you treatment options then when you agree they come back and say you don't qualify for them, which is weird because I qualify for the same treatment at OHSU. And have been on medication for years and they tell.me well we don't prescribe that medication. Only after telling me that my dermatologist from OHSU was well known in the field and was highly thought of. Will never go there again they do not care about helping they just want money.

I have received more than a couple of chemical peels from McKayla DeGroff, a board-certified aesthetician at Silver Falls Dermatology in Salem, and she does excellent work! McKayla is highly professional, knowledgeable about cosmetic skin treatments, and an all-around wonderful person. I will continue to go to McKayla for all my cosmetic skin treatments; she does amazing work, and my skin has never looked better!

Love this place!! The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest. Janelle upfront will always put a smile on your face when you come in for your appointment. I’ve been coming here for years for other producers and recently I started seeing McKayla for some microneedling and let me tell you! She is AMAZING!! Extremely easy to talk with too. No awkward silence. I was quite nervous about the treatment and she talked me through the whole thing. Each step she explained what it was going to feel like and if I had any questions before starting. She was very aware of my body language as well, which I thought was very professional. She could see if I got tense and she would ask if I needed a break. That is probably the best feeling. Knowing your aesthetician cares about you and not trying to rush the treatment to get the next patient in. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I went to Silver Falls Dermatology in Salem and saw McKayla Degroff who is a Certified Advanced Aesthetician. I came in for laser hair removal and I cant find the right word to describe my amazing experience I had with McKayla and her staff. She is kind, funny and understanding.I was embarrassed and had low self confidence but now after my treatment with her, I feel beautiful and normal. I will never see another aesthetician. Better believe I am coming back for more laser and even a Hydrafacial. If it was an option I would have given her 10 stars. If you have any imperfections I highly recommend you talk to McKayla.
