I am the gentleman who comes to pick it up with my son Desmond Seaton to retrieve our mail and parcels from time to time. My question is, can I come without him to retrieve a recent parcel that was delivered form Pennsylvania on Jan. 19? Thank You

I get my Dad to pick up my shipments quite regularly. I send him with a printout of the email notification from Pic It Up, a scan of my Driver's License and a signed note that says "I authorized my Dad (insert name) to pick up my parcels." Never once has there been a problem for him to get my items!
