Used to love this place, but it's time to find another... Customer service has gone downhill and is at rock bottom. I tried to reach out over a course of 2 weeks with NO reply. website said email address is down (so get another temp one), doesn't respond to Facebook messenger, and no phone number to speak of... I was trying to find out if my package was still there, and since I wasn't able to get a hold of someone I wasted a 2 hour detour to only find out due to the flood it was destroyed or whatever, and no longer there. While I understand that, maybe they should have some method for customers to contact them. I tried to get in touch so I could find that out... instead wasted 2 hours and gas.... It's time for me to find a new place. While I know I'm only one person, it's a warning to others as having no means to get in touch with them, is just poor customer service...

I was recommended Pic-It-Up by a friend of mine, and was really excited to use the service since I found myself in a pinch when I couldn't get a package delivered here in Canada. The hours were tricky to navigate, and the lack of phone number made it hard to confirm if things were ready. But we were hoping it would be easy! I am immunocompromised, and despite my partner and I being vaccinated we wanted to wear a mask to cross the border and pick our package up. Richelle told my partner that she would charge extra for us to pick our package up if he wore his mask, and that "it brings too much negativity to the workplace". "I want to see people's faces' she told him. The mandates may not be in place, but it's unfair to charge more because someone is trying to be conscious of their health just because you want to see their lips. I appreciate Pic-It-Up accepting my package and providing that service, but we will not be returning or recommending them in the future.

Owner is very sweet and helpful. Even helped carry my stuff to my car. 100% will use her service again.

What can I say about Pic It Up. It's the best! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The store area can get a little crowded when busy but if you get your items and open them in the car, not an issue. They do have tables and box cutters available if you just can't wait to see what you got. I've been using their services for years and will continue to do so. Richelle and the staff always go above and beyond.

I think they may be closed due to the flooding. Try emailing from their website! They have no phone number.
I think they accept all couriers
I follow all the US holidays even though I’m Canadian My business is in the US & as of right now I’m closed Sundays but hopefully in the future I will be open On Sunday again 🎀
There are aps that will automatically track your packages all in one place. The one I use is called Shop.
Mon / We'd / Fri ... 10 - 3 only. 3 days a week.
At this time - I'm safe & have no idea on any plans in the future-Sumas is under water to the best of my knowledge-I did the best I could do the rest is in Mother Nature's hands.
I have several plans in play - IF the border opens to some extent on the 8th I will be opening Monday - Saturday near regular hours & as always calling isn't an option since i don't have a business phone. Time to cross all your fingers, toes, eyes, arms ,legs that the border opens on the 8th -----I hope the time has come.
Let's see where the chips fall before we start counting them - I will always be ready to figure anything & everything out much like putting Pic-It-Up to sleep for 1 1/2 years -thx Richelle -----------------------------Ps. my fingers are crossed more than anyones.
No the border is closed to all non-essential traffic-AKA you :( sorry-RSF
Yes they are open, but you are at your own risk to cross the boarder. Check their Facebook page for uodates
Sign up on their website and then just order with their address. It works and it's awesome.
No, pic it up is always closed As per Thier website PIC IT UP IS ONLY CLOSED 6 DAYS A YEAR! JAN 1 – NEW YEARS MAY 30 – MEMORIAL DAY JULY 4 – INDEPENDENCE DAY SEPT 3 – LABOUR DAY NOV 22 – THANKSGIVING DEC 25 – CHRISTMAS
Yes that is fine.
Usually that is the case
I get my Dad to pick up my shipments quite regularly. I send him with a printout of the email notification from Pic It Up, a scan of my Driver's License and a signed note that says "I authorized my Dad (insert name) to pick up my parcels." Never once has there been a problem for him to get my items!
If you received an email from Pic-it-up . and need to know who the sender is, call them. They don't monitor this page.
U can only contact them through email. They are pretty quick with their response time
Its not a mailbox. You just ship it there with your namr on it then go collect it. Couldnt be easier.
They don't monitor here, this is a public site not run by their company. Try emailing them back, it's the best way to get a response.
Honestly, I have a friend who has had a parcel there for several months. They didn't send it back. Like Lorelei said, they may charge a fee, but you can always email them to see if you can find out more information.
