Honestly, I have a friend who has had a parcel there for several months. They didn't send it back. Like Lorelei said, they may charge a fee, but you can always email them to see if you can find out more information.
Pic it up is awesome. No problems if your stuff builds up a bit there. I sometimes order stuff and let it trickle in over a month or more.
From their website: How long does Pic-It-Up hold on to parcels? We hold parcels for up to 60 days, with no extra fees. After 60 days, extra storage fees are applicable.
I do know that they won't send any item back. Just send them an email and to find out how much the extra storage fee may be. They may be happy to have it gone!
