Incredibly unpleasant experience. I called on Saturday to ask if they accepted USPS prepaid packages. Was told yes and I dropped it off earlier in day before they said their pick up time was (was told 3p). Tracking this morning (Monday) was still not available, only shows that I printed a label. By the 2pm I was starting to feel worried about the two packages I dropped off, so I called. A different woman answered than who I spoke to on Saturday. I explained the issue and she responded that the packages wouldn’t be scanned until USPS is in possession of the items, she had nothing to do with it. I reexplained myself and assured her I was there before cut off, that I was aware they wouldn’t be scanning. She repeated her response. I explained that I was worried that I had no idea where these packages were. She then said “Yeah, no. Im not going to go back there and check for your two packages - there’s a hundred packages back there”. So I asked if I could come pick up my packages and she again said that she wasn’t going to look for them. She suggested that I contact USPS to locate the package… to which I reminded that would be impossible .. since.. the tracking… implies… that it hasn’t moved since drop off… she then told me she isn’t going to argue with me any further. When you call a business and ask where your stuff is that you dropped off - you don’t expect for the employee to start fighting and belittling you. Also - agreeing with the previous comment on the oil diffuser. It’s completely unprofessional and can cause serious health issues for people, especially those who have had Covid and have breathing difficulties. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It took over an hour for a an employee to get to me. Several potential customers weren’t so patient. While the staffer was courteous, a single employee isn’t enough for this popular location that can clearly afford more help. I’m disappointment in this store’s management.

Please turn off the oil diffuser. It's extremely dangerous to have one of those running in a public space where you don't know who might come in with allergies. I had to leave after just 2 minutes in line because I started feeling woozy. Couldn't even ship my package.

Amazing service !I was waiting in line and someone came in needing to recall a UPS package, and UPS had been less than helpful. The guy behind the counter told him to leave the tracking number, his name, and his phone number and he would see what he could do. He told me he calls the same number as anyone would, but he has no problem waiting on hold and taking care of this for the customer. He went above and beyond what's expected, and this is why I choose to go here for all my shipping and mailing needs.

They do serve as a pickup point and ship DHL. Paid box holders can receive packages from all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac etc).
