I had a biopsy yesterday that was very traumatic. I bled way more than they said, bleeding through two bandages. Soaking two robes that they tried not to let me look at but I don’t know how they expected to try to hide a robe that was completely blood soaked on the entire back side. I was in a horrific amount of pain and denied any pain medication. I was told over the phone making the appointment that I wouldn’t need any anyways. I have a high pain tolerance and I was balling my eyes out. I made sure to tell them I have a high pain tolerance and that’s why I was making sure to tell them this really hurt. If something hurts me it’s bad. I had to go into the hall and yell for help when I started bleeding through the second bandage. The doctor never came back to check on me and multiple nurses were trying to deal with this situation and clearly flustered and panicked by my bleeding. I’m so upset by this treatment. Procedures like this should be taken more seriously. I wasn’t asked if I was anemic or had any history of anemia at all. They tried to act like I wasn’t bleeding all over at first and when the pain hit I was expected to be able to just drive myself home when I couldn’t even use my left arm (left breast biopsy). I can’t believe this horrible treatment. Women’s biopsies should be taken more seriously! I will be looking into this more.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and refuse to go anywhere else for any kind of imaging. From the front staff to the technicians I am always treated kindly and in a timely manner. Reports are sent to my doctors in a timely manner as well. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate this team!

I made an appointment for 7 AM. I was not told that the check in was for 7 AM. When I got to the imaging center at 6:40 I was told the appointment was at 7:20. Nowhere was I told that the appointment was for 7:20. Even the reminder call said it was at 7 AM. If you choose to use Rayus as your future imaging center make sure they give you the right time or choose somewhere they really care about your time.

Very unfriendly staff. The old woman at the front desk never spoke one word. Merely made hand gestures like she was calling a dog. That's when she bothered to notice there was someone waiting. The tech was as unhappy/unfriendly. Perhaps these employees need a reminder that they derive their salaries from clients business. I told my Primary Care MD, I would NOT return and my advice is not to use this company!
