Thank you to Milo for successfully locating and reserving our daughter’s dream car to take to college. We appreciate all of the updates while we waited for her car. This is a wild car market with many uncertainties, but Milo and Austin (sales manager) worked as a team to make sure we were happy with the terms of the transition and were kind and respectful throughout. Recently bought a 2022 Crosstrek from Gage at Carr Subaru. This was my 4th dealership I called or went to in person. Right from the phone call Gage was informative and didn't wreak of commission breath. Being in sales myself I really appreciated the way he went about letting the car sell itself, just by answering my questions and explaining all the features. Austin, the sales manager, also stepped in to help with the deal when it turned out they didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot. He found one and had it delivered and ready for me next day. The negotiation was very transparent, it didn't take an hour floating the same paper back and forth between the salesman and the manager. They found a lender with a good rate and didn't push a bunch of extras on me that I didn't want. Highly recommend starting with Carr Subaru if you are looking for a particular Subaru.

I bought my first car on April 2, 2022 at Carr Subaru where Madison Seide was able to help with the whole process. I had the best first experience purchasing a car with her making everything run smoothly and quickly. My mom and dad (Spanish speakers) were also present, and Madison tried her best to have good communication with them. She also still has communication with me which should be important to anyone making such a huge first purchase! The manager Danny is bilingual so he answered any questions my parents had to help complete the purchase for my new BRZ. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car around the area!
