Good dealership, we have had our BMW serviced here for the last two years. Really like the text feature to communicate with service agent and the video from service technician. They do need to hire more valets so pick after service is completed in a timely manner. I opted to have car washed and waited 45 minutes at dealer for them to get car washed. I will say a manager saw my issue and did provide some coupons to apologize for long wait. That was a nice gesture.

Just picked up a brand new 4 series convertible and couldn’t be happier! My sales rep was Bobby Carr and he was fantastic! I received a fair deal (even in this crazy market) and felt like everyone involved was dedicated to providing a luxury experience. Thank you Bobby and BMW Sarasota!

Service was reasonably acceptable.I wasn’t offered a loaner car during a 1.5 hour maintenance visit. All other luxury dealerships routinely offer this. As reported previously the buying experience made me feel as if I were at a Kia dealership. In addition I was never contacted personally after my last negative review. I’ve never heard from my salesperson after the deal was closed. Overall a mediocre at best BMW place.

Richard was a fantastic sales associate! He did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted, when I wanted it. Tammy in financing made the experience quick and easy. Nicole from the Genius Bar made me feel like she was just as excited as I was! I was truly pleased with how well this team made things happen so quickly for me, and how happy they all were to make it happen.
