Extremely happy!!! I went here for the first time today and had an amazing color and haircut/blowout. Derek met with me and listened to my concerns (dry, unruly hair that I sometimes want to wear curly and sometimes straight). He made excellent suggestions and did an amazing job on my hair. Lindsay was also excellent in the color application. They were all so nice starting the minute I walked in the door. So glad that I found this salon!

She took great care of me and made me feel confident and myself again lol. I have been going to her for about 5 years. The customer service and results are amazing! I totally would recommend 100%. I tried this place because I read some nice reviews and they are using quality products. However, it was a fiasco! I'm totally fine to pay the price and invest my time for my happiness. But after 5 hours of my life and $400, instead of promising balayage, I got this disaster on my had even ponytail could not help hide it!!!! And I don't know what to do to fix it.I even can't explain how upset I am.
