Terrible only one sided cannot cut all types of texture hair!.. disgrace to the barber industry

My stylist, Khanedha, was absolutely wonderful. I had to go next door to the ups store, had intentions of getting my hair cut. Saw the store, walk-in and asked if they took walk ins. Khanedha, welcomed me and made me feel extremely pampered. She did such a great job on my hair, and I will be returning to see her. Gave her the highest tip I have ever given a stylist. But she was worth every penny. I highly recommend this salon and her.

Worst place. Waiting for over an hour. Only 2 people working. I used the app to check in last time and it still took forever. They kept taking people that just showed up. They told me next time not to use the app. Today I didn’t use it and they kept taking people that were signed up on the app. Really bad service. I went down the street and got a haircut in 10 min for half the price. Will never go there again.

They have their own personal hours on a sign on the door. I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks once two hour before they're said closing and once an hour before they're said closing and they were already closed. I finally got there today (530) 30 minutes before there said closing. I was entering my information into the computer when one of the stylist cut me off and asked me if I was already in the computer. I told her I wasn't and she said because there were two people in front of me they couldn't see me today. This is the second time a stylist at this store has done that to me. I'd come in earlier but I don't get off work until 5:00. So if you're able to catch them within the first 2 hours of their shift I'm sure they would be willing to help you but be sure if you're going to go in after 5:30 and you want to deal with that. Schedule it online at 5:59 then they will have take you otherwise their corporate office might find out about it. won't be going back again I've wasted at least four separate trips to this place just to be disappointed.
