Super understaffed. Won't pay more for workers. My appointment made over 2 hours in advance still had a 2 hour wait time when I got there. That's not an appointment. Corporate really ruined this company.

Not sure if you misspelled man or meant ma'am. Mine was $18... For a "0" clipper cut. All the way around. Wouldn't touch my facial hair because of Covid-19... (???????)
