I had to edit this all of the way, the apartments are not luxury maybe from the outside but my floors in my apartment looked terrible when I first moved in, and there was nothing maintenance could do because the construction workers tracked grout on both bathroom floors so cleaning the floors are pointless because it never looks clean(I clean them anyways) the breakers pop constantly cutting the washing machine off all of the time, frontier stops working whenever it wants, plumbing is horrible, floors are paper thin you can hear everything going on above you even when you are in the hallway. Very cheap fixtures and appliances. Have not met new management yet but I know John and he is the sweetest ❤️. Oh yeah let's not forget the Lux mail room is always cluttered with packages we better be lucky people here are honest so far because anyone can walk out with your package😒 I am editing this review again because in the last review I said I had not met the new management team but recently I have and I can admit the whole staff is very kind and helpful. The manager Michael I have to say is a honest and attentive manager he does try to make sure every resident here gets their questions and concerns answered in a timely manner but there is only so much he can do. So I am really giving this management team the 3⭐️‘a I still mean what I said about the building and my apartment.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY. Citria At first you will receive good treatment and the employees will be efficient so that you fall in love with the property and then the treatment will not be the best and the employees will not be efficient with you and your requests. They also do not show or tell you that the access doors of all the buildings are damaged for more than 3 months, that is to say that there is NO security on the property, anyone from outside can enter and there is only 1 elevator per building and one is damaged once a month and it lasts about 5 days damaged each time each one is damaged, now the gate is damaged and remains open, it has already been damaged for more than 5 days (we will see how many months it will remain damaged since the access doors have been damaged for more than 3 months damaged). As for the cleaning of the building, it is very basic, they only sweep or vacuum, there are always stickies and stains in the entrances and elevators. Inside the elevators they are always poorly clean with stains, it is obvious that they hire unprofessional cleaning companies. They promise things that they do not deliver, since the day we moved in they told us that they were waiting for a printer that they had ordered for the computers that are for resident use and today more than 11 months later there is still NO printer. Apart from the fact that the construction is of very poor quality, you can hear EVERYTHING they do in the apartments on the sides and in the ones above.

We toured this facility back in March and we signed a lease in May. Before we signed the lease we were told that Citria was going to have all these amazing amenities such as, yoga, spinning, water aerobics, etc. very disappointed in that as now it is 5.5 months later and there has been no change. It takes forever to have someone from maintenance to fix anything. We have been promised that things would change with our neighbors since May but guess what they are still being very disruptive to the community. It’s very expensive compared to other new properties. So disappointed in the living conditions at this property.

Great and beautiful community but don’t count on management to save you from any problems you encounter including even when you feel threatened or scared of a neighbor or resident. They will sweep everything under the rug. Just do yourself a favor and please don’t live here. It’s only glamorous on the outside.
