Been buying Ford's for over 30 years (not from Damerow) and this was the absolutely best buying experience we've ever had. We dreaded coming in and going through the process but Ammie Jose listened to us, actually took the time to understand our limits on payment, trade-in, etc. We ended up buying a 2020 Ford F-150 (our target vehicle) and got an amazing price with every thing we wanted. Just bought a truck today and had to post our experience! Got there was greeted by Yesenia. She let us test drive the truck we were interested in and answered every question we had and was so professional and so nice! She even filled out “our” paperwork! Asked us if we wanted coffee or water and just made us feel comfortable. Amy Wilkerson (Manager) worked with us and was the one who explained all the paperwork and financing. She was awesome too! Very nice and professional. Constantly checking up on us. Especially Yesenia! Ended the sale with the finance manager named Juan Lopez. He was awesome! I could totally tell he loves his job and I love that! Anyways he got me a better deal with another bank with lower interest so it made our day even though we were there 3 hours lol! But we knew we wasn’t gonna be in and out and that was fine. Service was superbly outstanding and I needed to write a review because there wasn’t one thing bad about our experience. Thank you guys!

Amy Wilkerson helped my husband and I purchase our F-150. She is an amazing person and completely removed our stereotype of going to a dealership.
