My husband and I established care here last year and it was the first time visiting a doctor under our new insurance. We specifically made the appointments for our annual physicals. We both had some concerns after awhile of not visiting a doctor. The appointment was billed correctly to my insurance, but for my husband they took one of his concerns and billed that way and it was not covered. The other issue I have is that it takes forever to get an appointment. We moved here from Sunny Phoenix Arizona and I have some spots on my face that make me pretty nervous. They couldn't get me into the dermatologist for 6 months! Hopefully there isn't actually anything wrong.

I go to the Portland Clinic for eye care with Dr. Allen. He and his staff have treated me with respect and great at communicating with me. He has done 2 cataract surgeries and both eyes I can read 20/20. Thank you Dr. Allen I highly recommend him and Portland Clinic.

Was listened to with care and everything little thing I mentioned was discussed in detail. The location was impressive too with how organized and the equipment they have there. All staff I talked too was friendly and very helpful. Overall this is an easy 5/5, best clinic I've visited.

The appointment process here was a struggle, I scheduled an appointment a month out, then a couple days before my appointment, I was informed that they scheduled my lab appointment when the lab was closed….so my blood work would be pushed out 3 weeks later. These guys get a 2/5 stars. That’s nearly 2 months from my appointment request. But, once I was there the on-site receptionists were very helpful and nice. I had a qualified nurse practitioner do my routine physical (Moceri), and she gets 6/5 stars. Excellent! She explained everything, asked questions about my health and how I was feeling. It’s the kind of medical care that makes you feel like a real person, and not a number. Haven’t talked to a primary care doc…. But my expectations are high, the nurses really set the bar! 👍🏼 I should also add that I was early for my appointment, so had no problems getting in.
