Great locally owned, small business with helpful, knowledgeable staff. They can help you with a variety of things, not just packing/shipping. I used to work here, approx 15 years ago, it was my first real job. I'm happy to see that the store is still open.

Came for help with returning a package. The woman here was super snooty. She had us send an email with the shipping label, which was great accommodation. But she blamed me and my phone service for her not receiving the email. Even had me "stand outside for better service". It turns out if went to her junk mail. 😒 she was super disrespectful.

As of now I will never give this particular postal annex my business! I am not paying to drop off a package to them , I am not paying a bill that is sent to me when you don't specify why you are sending it. I also do not want to hear the comment you don't work for free! If you don't have customers and customer service skills, you won't work at all! We own a business and I would never ever give my customers the response you gave me! Customer service is what keeps people coming back! You are not the only postal annex around- you are however the only one that feels the need to charge a customer to drop off a package to mail in your store! I hope you learn to give your customers better service in the future!

Not worth it. They will charge you $1 per USPS package just to drop it off. You can schedule pickups from your house online from USPS and they are free! They will also charge you like $2 more for a book of 20 stamps than at the Post Office. That's a 21.7% markup. Don't go here unless you want to overpay for the same exact service you will get at the Post Office.

They do accept Amazon returns, with Pre Paid Barcode Lables.
Yes! PostalAnnex can help you get your passport, including taking the photos and providing other information including forms for renewal or first-time.
We're located in your neighborhood, and we have all the equipment you'd need but don't need to buy: copy machines (for color and black-and-white), a fax machine (including a separate phone line ensuring voice calls don't interfere), mailing and shipping supplies, office supplies, even key-making at many locations. PostalAnnex staff members are professionally trained to use the correct materials and expertise for each and every job. We treat your goods like they were our own. Plus, we guarantee our work.
Yes. As part of the Annex Brands franchise system, we can ship anything from a piece of paper to an ocean container, all expertly packed by professionals with decades of experience.
There are many reasons, but two are convenience and security. Many PostalAnnex locations offer 24-hour access, and with your permission, your PostalAnnex will accept packages and overnight letters from UPS, FedEX and the USPS, storing them safely until it's convenient for you to pick them up. Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.

All designed to minimize shipping costs while maximizing protection of your valuables.

Of course, And if we do the packing, your items are covered for both loss and damage.
Almost; the only real exceptions are hazardous materials or items prohibited by law
