The office staff was friendly and efficient. Diana Garza, PA-C began my appointment a few minutes early. She was very gentle, explained what she was doing and answered my questions. The covered parking was nice in the summer heat. I filled out paperwork on the computer before arriving.

My appointment was with Matthew at 8:00am. When I arrived at 7:50 I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who couldn’t be any nicer if she tried. My procedure took all of ten minutes and Matt and his medical assistant were terrific. Matthew was respectful and very caring constantly asking if I was in any pain and immediately gave me samples to use as aftercare. I will definitely be back!!

I was very disappointed. I waited 10 minutes to get into a room. Once Dr. Garza got into the room she spent about 2 minutes with me. I certainly did not feel that there was any patient bedside manner. It was like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I thought she would take a look at every inch of my body, not just my concerns. I am not impressed. What has happened to patient care. Susan Olver
