About 7 years so we updated our home audio system with the help of Encore Audio. They did a great job determining which components we needed to replace and which could stay and then made sure everything worked perfectly after the installation. A 5 star rating! Recently, we updated our television sets and added Apple TV and a Roku Streaming Stick. Again we chose Encore Audio and again they did a great job. From the crew that delivered and did the install, to Jeff Grove who came out and made sure everything was set properly and working properly, we again give Encore Audio a 5 star rating. Their attention to detail and their attention to customer satisfaction is the best !!!

I worked with Clark at Encore to build a new stereo system that fit my budget and provided the best audio equipment for my needs. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and he was able to put all the pieces together with a few suggestions. Most of the communication was done via email and phone and ending with a very safe pickup at the store location. Clark was also very responsive with calls about troubleshooting and product advice. Now that the equipment is all installed I can't imagine my living room without it. 100% recommend using Encore. These guys have been in it for a long time and know what they are talking about.

When someone comes in the store they must have a mask on . When customers are in the store we put masks on. We have masks available for customers.
