I call to see about my application status on the Medicare application 06/29 Friday at @11 I’m not sure which lady this was she was definitely black but she was very rude to me and her voice sounded very disrespectful and demanding like I’m her child, I asked her to calm down and after waiting a hour on the line she hangs up on me. I go through enough and I should be getting helped not bosses around by someone working for the government.

From the times I've been in here, I haven't had a bad experience. My workers are always so nice and helpful. Also, give me a run down on things and will explain everything so I don't end up leaving confused or worried I missed any important details. Appointments or walk ins, are okay. I've wait 4 hours before and sometimes 30mins if it's not too busy. Overall, good experience. I think it just really depends how you go into the office (attitude wise). They tend to help you out more when you are not hostile.

How do they expect you to get a hold of your worker in a timely manner when the phone line is ALWAYS "experiencing a high volume of calls" and you should call back later.. This new eligibility worker hotline is a joke! And don't even think about showing up to see your worker because PERHAPS it'll be faster! They are appointment only from what I was told.. So good luck getting through the phone line to set an appointment to see your worker... BETTER SYSYTEM NEEDED! I know or so it seems they could care less, but something really needs to be done!

number is disconnected talked to them more then twice about it. don't care about you or your problems. Trying to get a hold of your social worker here is impossible. They lose information that you send them in the mail, and may disconnect your services. slow service. slow to doing anything just putting in your information is crazy. they don't know what they are doing they are not only rude but they don't have a clue how to be organized and don't know how to file anything correctly.

If you are now residing in the City of Pomona then yes this would be the office.If you go in as a walk in be prepared to stay all day if you want the process started same day.Busiest time is in the morning.I would also take any paper work you have and let the customer service know you would like to transfer and out of state case.
