An appointment is preferred so that I can focus on one customer at a time giving quick service and ensure quality repairs. Additionally, I may not be in shop at all hours due to customers requesting mobile service. I am a lot more flexible with multiple cars at shop during dry weather seasons. They were able to fit me in very easily so I don't think you have to but it's a good idea to not waste your time
