Yellow Dot Windshield Repair

Safelite's 'repair' person turned a small crack into a bigger crack, shrugged their shoulders and told me I could have the windshield replaced by them and then left. Yellow dot was able to fix the crack Safelite left behind.

I called Yellow Dot for an emergency 9 inch crack repair. I shared some pictures of the crack and made an appointment. The day before I was to bring in the car it was supposed to rain. He messaged me to let me know if I could cover it up would help the repair time. Which was totally awesome! I had no idea about these things, it really meant a lot for Steve to do this. He was very professional when explaining the process. He measured the length and within 1.5 hours me and my car were on the road with minimal visibility of the damaged area! Thank you so much Steve!
