Walking the outdoor surrounding grounds is beautiful & free. It's on the cooler side cause it's on a hill. Picture perfect of the city in the background & Mt Hood in the distance. *To take a tour inside, (self guided) its $12. Worth the price if you appreciate history.
Yes the grounds are free to roam about. Towards the back, you can see (on a clear day) Mt Hood, Mt St Helens..
