Why didnt this place issue refunds to the many people they turned away? Who had bought tickets and even come from another city to attend? I was very disappointed with the venue and it's staff

I didn't know they wouldn't let you in if you got your ticket . My trick is if i love who ever is playing get your ticket way ahead of time as soon as they sell them not the day of the show. When is sold out they never let anyone in anymore unless you already have a ticket. I've been there many,many times without any bad incidents.. The good new thing is at the bar outside downstairs they set up new TV's and they play the show with sound for free!! Just like at Roseland theater bar downstairs. It's not the same as in person but is better than nothing I think.

I got it technically the year early. Like I heard about this and it was scheduled for March and I ordered my ticket in December I did not wait till the last minute in fact it was probably one of the first but yet after meeting the band let's not able to come back even with a ticket and VIP and the staff just shrugged it off like it was no big deal
