The staff were all super nice. The sound was a little too loud in my opinion, it could have been lowered a little with zero consequence on balance. Bathrooms were clean and had enough toilet paper all night. Several places to get drinks so you didn't have to wait long in line. Just gotta be a little careful on the stairs, as they're a little narrow, but they have anti-slip guards. Would love to attend another concert there!

A very interesting old building: century old feeling, brewery on site, large event room, etc. I was there for a conference dinner with a short artistic show so I can't speak for larger gatherings but our group had plenty of room, the possibility to discuss easily, dinner and beer were very good. An interesting place to visit.

Very small intimate venue, kinda had a whimsical or bohemian arty vibe. The staff was nice. The sound carried very well.

This concert venue is out of this world! The floor floats, it bounces, it moves with the crowd. You can get pizza, water, soda, beer, wine and spirits from one of the 3 bars in the venue space! Security is great and helpful. The sound quality is epic. And it's really about the performer you're there to see. Check this venue out, you won't be disappointed!

Ya I had no problems with anything you should be ok
2526 NE Broadway -- Arthur Murray Studios teaches ballroom there.
I've been to two concerts at this venue and it doesn't have seats in the hall. It has a few (few) seats on a balcony, but I think they are usually not reserved.
Depends on the artist and how close you want to be. If its a really popular artist, you probably wont get a good standing position unless you get there before 5:00 honestly.
From the website: 1) Be at least two weeks past receiving their second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or a single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Vaccination card or photo of vaccine card on phone must be provided along with photo ID. OR 2) Show proof of a negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours preceding the show, along with photo ID. Test must be medically administered. At-home tests not accepted. All ticketholders must wear face masks at all times except when eating or drinking.
The Crystal Ballroom is is not the hotel
Show is Postponed till further notice.
The passport is a fun activity where you buy their little passport book and go to all of the McMenamins locations to get stamps. You earn the stamps by doing things such as finding decorations around the restaurant or other fun activities. At some locations you earn McMenamins merch when you get your stamp. I think you can get the booklet at Ringlers below the Crystal Ballroom
I wouldn't show up naked if you hope to see a show. They won't let you in.
Golly I'm unsure. But I've been to many concerts at the Crystal, all of which were all ages. They are good at separating the drinking area from under age area which is right next to the stage! Hope you enjoy your show!
Goggle Mcmenamins go to events then follow the prompts to purchase tickets.
Yes there is a separate bar also
Do you have a number that I can call direct. I've called and mostly answering machines or prerecorded??
You should go to their website and see what the music is for the upcoming week. Monday night there probably is no live music though.
If they are digital tickets then they can just scan them straight from your phone.
I didn't know they wouldn't let you in if you got your ticket . My trick is if i love who ever is playing get your ticket way ahead of time as soon as they sell them not the day of the show. When is sold out they never let anyone in anymore unless you already have a ticket. I've been there many, many times without any bad incidents.. The good new thing is at the bar outside downstairs they set up new TV's and they play the show with sound for free!! Just like at Roseland theater bar downstairs. It's not the same as in person but is better than nothing I think.
There's a decent amount of parking though it can get packed quickly
Prices vary depending on the show and look up the Crystal Ballroom online for show dates and times. McMenamins restaurant is on the bottom floor at street level
That's usually how concerts are. Helpful hint you can reserve seats by calling in after getting tickets.
Yes, they also have a balcony - though you may need to reserve a spot for anyone accompanying the person in the wheelchair. The rest of the space is standing room only with a couple of benches to one side
Ticket will say whether show is 21+ or all ages. Even if all ages, there is a 21+ section with access to a bar on the main level.
Don't bring poster board to any concert. Just bring your dancing shoes.
You can reserve a rable for free. Just call ahead.
I say at least an hour depending on the show. Plus it gives you more time to drink!
Yes, there is a water station. Also, they sell lots of beer, which is mostly water
One elevator and many pay to park lots. Street parking is hard to find.
Yes. There are street parking and parking lots around Crystall Ballroom.
Not sure about bringing little kids but would definitely recommend going to events that are just for them. Mostly for adults I think.
For time-sensitive questions, you should call the venue.
