If you're trying to get to a concert, Google the "Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall." This is a business office, not where the Oregon Symphony performs.

So far I attended 3 wonderful Symphony events and enjoyed them thoroughly. Then I made the mistake of calling the ticket office to see if I could exchange one ticket that I purchased in August of 2020. They informed me that the website made an error and that I should have been charged additional fees. Then they requested that I pay extra fees for the event I plan on attending in April 2022. I think it's quite unreasonable and very poor customer service to ask me to pay additional fees months later just because I happened to call the ticket office for assistance. I am certainly not going to call for assistance in the future. The manager may call me back to ask for the money still, I'll let you know how that goes. It's all very sad ... especially because I was enjoying these events so much. Update: The manger called me back and in the end did not charge me additional fees. I am still upset and disappointed. I will not call their 'customer service' again. I am either going to give my ticket to a friend or I'll just go to the show twice. I want to make it clear that the manager was the entire source of ilk, the customer service rep I initially talked to was following the manager's orders. I hope this doesn't effect my enjoyment of the concerts. At this time, I have not decided if I will continue to purchase any additional tickets to see the Symphony.

Went to see comfort and joy and every song they played was the best version of that song I've ever heard

The staff were very helpful in getting us the best available seats for a show we wanted to attend. I was a bit miffed when I went to the concert venue that I had to walk five more blocks to purchase the tickets. I was told on the phone the ticket office was at the venue. Now I know and will be prepared better.
