I purchased a tankless water heater several years ago and this was the first service call to flush the unit. The technician did an outstanding job servicing my unit and answering my questions. I am very frustrated with this company, I requested plumber service for 4 showers that I am redoing and the woman who answers the phone simply told me that she is not interested and hung up the phone, for me and the company was unprofessional. Denied work on a 4 bath home being renovated, home in Mt Pleasant, I am very disappointed.
