Awesome gym. I train here and I got to say the coaches are good at pushing you to the limit, which is a good thing in boxing. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome boxing gym. First time I went in, I knew nothing about the sport, but the coaches were extremely helpful and encouraging. Several years later I’ve competed in multiple competitive matches, and I still learn something new every time i walk in the gym. Perfect gym for any level of experience/fitness.

Great gym and great people. Tried a number of boxing gyms before finding this one. Owner knows what he’s doing and how to teach and encourage others all while having a great attitude. Could not be a nicer person, all the instructors are great and the facility is top notch.

Pretty sure both jiu jitsu and boxing at the gym start at age 7. There is one boxing class for ages 4-7.

With the virus, everyone needs their own gloves. We sell them at the gym.
Children can compete in USA Boxing sparring beginning at age 8. They must take classes and be registered.
