I had an appointment, to have my AC checked, when I walked , the woman behind counter greet you with attitude, first word were: sir, went I told her my mane her response was HUH !! and then she started slamming her stuff on counter, clearly she hates her job, I grabbed my car keys and walked out , I don't need this kind of treatment. My advice to her if you don't like what you do or don't like the owners, we'll go find something else, you are in customer service after all.

Yes.... For most models. I can only speak for my 3 vehicles (Honda Pilot, Hyundai Elantra, and Chevy Cobalt). But I'm sure they do. Call and ask. They will give you a fair price and fix your problem with you AC.
We do not back a pre purchase inspection, the inspection is only to inform you of the condition of the used vehicle that you are planning on buying. We look at the entire vehicle and try to develop an opinion as to what repairs are needed will be needed or have been done, so you are able as a purchaser to make an educated decision or negotiate a better price on that particular vehicle.
They're the best independent shop in Charleston. Great people and good work. Their prices are very fair
