This is where you need to start for financial aid. They also provide lunches and social activities. If eligible, in home care can be set up here as well. This place has many resources available.... Of course there are hoops to jump and it sometimes falls short but it is a good place to start. Good luck!
You would most likely have to go to aging and disability's office there in the same building but it's through the state
