good place with good people who do their best to make everyone feel welcome. Come for a nourishing lunch, a hand of cards or a book to read, computer assistance or to join in many of the nonprofit groups that share space there.

There are wonderful resources here for seniors. There are classes, meals, and clubs. In addition, there is a very well priced second hand shop and another shop where you can buy homemade and handmade gifts.

This is where you need to start for financial aid. They also provide lunches and social activities. If eligible, in home care can be set up here as well. This place has many resources available.... Of course there are hoops to jump and it sometimes falls short but it is a good place to start. Good luck!

Silver and Fit for Medicare recipients can go to the pool at Mt. HOOD Community College Aquatics Center or Olympic Gym. Free if you have a supplemental plan.
