Do you guys buy used bikes that looks brand new?

I have been there and the woman who work there told me yes

I believe they will do trade-ins

They do buy used bikes but they need to be able to make money on resale. I heard them advise a customer that they might be able to sell their bike for a better price on Craigslist. I thought that was very kind of them to advise their patrons that well.
