I've only been there twice, but the dog park section has a concrete walking path. Watch out for dog poop!! Make sure to bring your own bags, and some water for your baby, as there isn't any available.
Parking can be an issue on nonschool days during nice weather. There is disabled parking. I myself would say the dog park is not wheelchair friendly. There is gravel and grass, no solid surface. A very nice park for walking the dogs tho. Solid walkways go all around the park.
Parking seems to be more than adequate. There have been several spaces open every time we have gone there. We go there at least once a week. We have not had the opportunity to use the dog park but by looking at it it appears that it would be accessible with a little effort.
Parking is good. Tons of spots. The gates to get into the off leash area may be tricky with a wheelchair, but do-able. Its a double gate sysyem and the gates open in or out. Also, everyone is friendly, we will help you get in or out if you need help. Hope to see you there!
