Walked in late on a Saturday. Was greeted promptly. I told them what I was looking for and the lady in the front told me to head upstairs and that a sales associate would meet me there. Liam was super helpful in finding me a new rain jacket that fit, even going into the back to look for more styles, colors, and sizes. Left with exactly what I wanted for only $40 - a fraction of what I am used to paying. Great selection of all things Columbia with a very helpful and friendly staff. I will be back for sure.

Parking is the only concern at this location. There are always deals to be had, plenty of selection and helpful employees. It's great to have a location relatively close to home where I can find good deals on Columbia apparel, etc. I can't get enough of their Omni-Heat items!

I believe it's currently happening, I went this week & everything outside starts @ 50% OFF.
That doesn't sound right to me either... seems 40% off retail would be typical at the factory store. Asking won't hurt anything though!
Really good sale right now. Some items are better than black Friday
They are both "Factory Stores" and as such, sell the same types of products. Factory stores sell clearance, end of season, and products that didn't sell well in initial release. I primarily shop at the Sellwood store but if they don't have the size they've called other locations to see if anyone else might have it in stock. For the most part they don't have regular stock but it constantly changes. In general I would say yes to your question but once they sell out it's typically gone.
