Absolutely one of the worst warehouses in the Northeast we’ve been here for 12 hours running -10 and these people move like they purposely want to keep us here all night. No matter what these loads pay to this facility you will end up losing money they are the worst ever. Mean and nasty and lazy

My appointment was at 8:30pm I showed up 5:00pm was told to come back 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time long story short it is 4:32 in the morning and still not in the door

Better off canceling load if your gonna be late for a pickup so you don’t make the mistake I did waiting 20+ hours for pickup and having to cancel. Even though theres 15+ docks empty

Weather has nothing to do with only one forklift driver on duty in this has happened multiple times.
We get paid weekly.
Orders not being completed or workers not wanting to load in order
What it is if you arrive late yes they do charge you a late charge but then you are a work in so everybody that got there on time they unload first or load first good luck

They generally do have parking and trust me I am well aware because I am in there very regularly. this time of year with Thanksgiving and Christmas the facility gets very busy and they have a lot of extra trailers and trucks in their yard. Unfortunately they cannot accommodate everybody.
You can always show up early if they cannot get u into a door they will have u park in the yard til ur ready to be loaded
They say 4 hours before only, so make sure you have your confirmation number and be nice to the lady at the gate
