If you have little kids and can’t leave them to nobody do not waste your time in going here I Scheduled an appointment for my 11 and 12 year old and when I got there the lady came out and told me that they would have to go in alone because I had two other little ones with me (4/5yrs) which I told her that’s fine then she comes back and tell me I would have to reschedule because I can only come with the children that have the appointment which I feel is a bit discriminating because not even the hospital kicks me out when I go to my kids appointment when I have the other two with me such a shame that when they had their old office and previous staff they were much better than this new one that is so upgraded but lack the professionalism and understanding from the employees

Hi Raquel, We prefer our patients schedule an appointment, however sometimes we can accommodate walk-ins if there is a last minute cancellation or no show. We will also take eye emergencies (non-routine) same day as well.
