Zero costumer service. Front desk girls are childish and not nice at all, the Doctor and the hygienist did everything rushing and just wanted to get it over with… I even heard the front desk mocking something I said, they don’t know I heard them, but I did.. like I said childish and incredibly unprofessional. Like couldn’t they wait 5 mins for us to leave? 😂 the Dr was cold and detached not compassion at all, felt like we were talking to a robot, a money hungry wants to get this over with so I can move to the next one kinda of robot. Anyways if the owner reads this, check your front desk, or train them better… your receptionists are the face of your company, this is coming from someone who works at the dental field herself… you can do better.
