The ladies at Northwest Licensing went above and beyond to help us get a title and paperwork that was owed to us from out of state. They worked on it for two weeks and kept us updated. When it finally arrived, they walked my son through registering the first car he's purchased. We really appreciate the time and effort put in. Thank you!

As someone who buys and sells a lot of cars I've always gone to northwest to regeater because of the minimal wait and friendly staff. Recently though things have taken quite the turn. I went in March 8th, 2022 asking a question to see what documents I would need to register a car with a title date discrepancy. The clerk (didn't get her name, brunet with rectangular glasses), told me all I needed was a signed piece of paper from the original owner stating the true date of sale. I was skeptical so I proceeded to ask numerous questions, making sure that this was correct and she kept telling me it was. After 3-4 minutes of asking her questions about the specifics of what needed to be on the piece of paper so I'd be sure to get it right i said thank you and was looking forward to an easy process. I come back, 3 days later with a signed piece of paper from the original owner of the car that's basically word for word what the original clerk told me to put on the paper. The clerk goes on to tell me that I need something called a "certificate of fact" and that I can't register my car without it. The same exact clerk that lied to my face time after time a few days before saying that all I need is a signed piece of paper from the original owner. I don't understand why the clerk couldn't just have told me that in the first place. I was intentionally being very clear and transparent about what the situation was and there was no reason why she couldn't have told me that information then. These guys suck more than the state run centers!

These people have been very frustrating to deal with try to buy a car and got three different it pieces of information to complete the process and then when I'm finally got done with it they charge me a fee cuz it took too long. Their response with their lack of communication was "Things change everyday". They were rude and flippant on top of it.

No. I am sorry but we only do vehicle and vessel licensing here. The drivers license office is in Cordata and closed on Monday's. Their number is 360 676 2096
Luke is right. Each car has it's own expiration date and it is on the registration or you can stop by our office and we will be glad to look it up for you.
They close at 530 m-f and 4 Saturday
